Introductory Statement
L&T Technologies preventative maintenance and service
contracts are an effective and efficient approach for obtaining
long term success from a water and/or wastewater treatment
process. L&T has preventative maintenance and service
contract accounts ranging from equipment and instrumentation
operation and calibration to full service filter and make
up water deionization replacement, commonly referred as SDI
(service deionization). Our preventative maintenance and
service contracts cover a wide array of industries, ranging
from the industrial (metal finishing/working) to Bio-technology.
Service Methodology
L&T Technologies’ utilizes the latest in innovative
technologies and training methods to ensure successful product
and service induction to the client. Our field technicians
have over 30 years of combined experience working with numerous
water and wastewater treatment processes ranging from high
purity make-up water systems to wastewater recycling technologies.
The years of practical experience assures successful completion
of all preventative maintenance and service visits.
Service Philosophy
L&T Technologies service philosophy is to provide reliable
on-time response that never compromises production for the
client. Twenty four hour a day contact numbers assist in
troubleshooting process issues during plant shut down.
Equipment and Instrumentation Calibration Services
L&T Technologies offers quarterly and bi-annual service
contracts custom fit to our clients. Each contract is tailored
with specific pieces of equipment and services to be provided.
Treatment process, incentive based (new equipment = extended
warranty potential) contacts are available, and are written
specific to the equipment and performance specifications.
Pure Water Make-up deionization (SDI) and Preventative
Maintenance
L&T Technologies has full ion exchange resin regeneration
capabilities along with quick response time on delivery and
troubleshooting. Our regenerated resins are put through testing
to ensure that the capacity and purity of the water meets
specific requirements for the client’s process. Furthermore
innovative measures are taken, that increases the life of
the resin and reduces exchange frequency without sacrificing
water quality. This in turn reduces costs associated with
premature service visits by our service technicians. To reduce
suspended matter all organic absorption Medias (carbon) are
pre-washed prior to being placed within the treatment process.
L&T Technologies offers a full line of filter and resin
canister replacement services that are priced on monthly,
quarterly or as required basis. Furthermore full system preventative
maintenance programs are available that encompass:
- Instrumentation calibration
- System operation training and consulting
- Filter replacement
- SDI (service deionization) exchange
- Spare part replacement
- Influent and effluent water analyses with engineering
feedback
All preventative maintenance and service contracts along
with service deionization can be spread out on monthly payment
plans. This program is referred to as our “GMP” (Guaranteed
Maximum Pricing) pricing plan. After a site visit and incoming
water samples are taken and analyzed in our in-house laboratory
a proposal is presented that illustrates the water usage
and savings with our SDI services. Moreover if required a
delineated system and instrumentation service contract is
written and included within the “GMP” pricing
structure.
