The Continuous flow pH Neutralization System have a compact design that neutralizes dilute or concentrated acid or alkali wastewater on a continuous, gravity flow basis. Our pH systems features proportional addition of neutralizing chemicals and is fully automated with an upgradeable PLC-based control package. The pH systems can be configured with one, two, or three reaction chambers, based upon the influent waste parameters. The single chamber unit is a stand-alone, cylindrical reaction tank while the two and three chamber units are customer fabricated multi-chambered individual tanks.
The Batch pH Adjustment Systems actively treat waste water in batches of specific volumes. A batch is contained, treated, tested for effluent compliance and then discharged. Discharge cannot occur unless the tank contents are stable and in range. Therefore the effluent stream is always within the acceptable discharge band. These systems are more complex, and in some cases larger, than continuous flow through systems.
