LT Technologies in conjunction with ECC (Environmental Chemical Corporation) has fabricated and started up two 225 GPM Perchlorate remediation systems. LT Technologies in conjunction with Compliance and Recycle Inc. was contracted by Hitchiner Manufacturing of the United States and Mexico to engineer & fabricate a Microfiltration system that would meet their local compliance regulations in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The wastewater treated originates from a new grain etch process that Hitchiner Manufacturing has introduced to there existing SLP facility focused on the continuous improvement to the aerospace market.

The treatment system encompasses wastewater equalization, two stage pH adjustment and state of the art 0.1 microfiltration along with sludge dewatering through an automated filter press system.
