LT Technologies in conjunction with ECC (Environmental Chemical
Corporation) has fabricated and started up two 225 GPM Perchlorate
remediation systems. Each of these uses and innovative selective
ion exchange resin to reduce the Perchlorate well below the
Massachusetts mandated discharge limit of 2.0 ppb. LT Technologies
LT Technologies has been awarded and is currently working
on the design of a perchlorate remediation system in Mont
Clair, New Jersey to treat one of there wells (Rand well)
that when in operation pumps 400 GPM. This and example of
the diversity that LT Technologies brings to the Government & Municipalities
in the treatment of groundwater.
LT Technologies has successfully installed and started up
an innovative selective ion exchange treatment process that
assisted in Novellus Systems of San Jose, California in meeting
there copper metal permit discharge number. This also encompasses
state of the art sludge-less metal electrowinning (reverse
plating) process to teat the resin regeneration.
The 0.2 micron microfilter system will assist this Biosciences
Company in meeting the current demand for protein separation
from its client base. This is yet another innovative technology
that LT Technologies will implement for the food and beverage
industry.
LT Technologies in conjunction with Compliance and Recycle
Inc. was contracted by Hitchiner Manufacturing of the United
States and Mexico to engineer & fabricate a Microfiltration
system that would meet their local compliance regulations
in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. The wastewater treated originates
from a new grain etch process that Hitchiner Manufacturing
has introduced to there existing SLP facility focused on
the continuous improvement to the aerospace market.
The treatment system encompasses wastewater equalization,
two stage pH adjustment and state of the art 0.1 microfiltration
along with sludge dewatering through an automated filter
press system.
